Once an order is placed we will send you an invoice right away, please if you could pay this within 48hrs that would be great as we like to turn around orders fast and we want to make any purchase from us quick, easy and hassle free, so swift payments help us speed things along. All orders are final, as soon as an item is ordered we will get the item out of stock, this can sometimes take a while due to the amount of music we have here, so please do not contact us after ordering stating you do not want the item as this will result in us cancelling the order and by default of discogs this will leave a neg feedback.ORDER FULFILMENT
We have an order fill rate of 98% but occasionally we may have an item listed that is out of stock or a stock error, this happens rarely but please be aware we sell at various different sources so it can happen.RETURNS
Should we misgrade an item then please do contact us right away and we will send you info on how to send the item back or offer a refund / alternative product.Upon return the item will be tested and if we have made a mistake then a full refund including postage will be sent, if we have graded correctly then the item cost will be refundedWe may ask for video evidence of any claimed faulty item and if deemed faulty we may ask that the product be destroyed with photo evidence supplied before issuing a full refund.Please do not just drop - feedback as this solves nothing and we will always look into any problems ASAP. We want you to be happy with your purchase so will sort out any problems.As of March 5th 2020, any order that is refunded via a buyer cancellation and paid for via paypal will not include any fees from the original transaction, this is due to paypal's new guideline as they will not be returning fees.
